The Matrix Radiator Assembly machine was developed for the high volume continuous production of automotive radiators. Tube and fin are integrated together generating a continuous matrix. A section of this matrix is then automatically separated and transferred into a final assembly module for completion. The finished radiator is then transferred to an unload platform for manual removal.
