Fluoropolymer Lined – Tanks and Vessels MB Plastics offers a lining system to cover most vessel configurations including – dished ended, flat bottomed and conical roofed. Lining systems can be vacuum bonded, fitted loose, or spray coated. High pressures, full vacuum, and high temperatures can usually be satisfied. MB Plastics provides a full material consultation service and can in most cases make material recommendations based upon past case histories or laboratory test results from the lining materials manufacturers. All bonding, welding and testing of lining systems is carried out to BS6374 Part 1 in accordance with MB Plastics Quality Procedures. Vessel lining capability is limited to road transport restrictions for workshop lined vessels. MB Plastics operates an on site lining facility for tanks and vessels which are too large for road transportation.
