Installation

MCS has installation teams who regularly work in shipyards around the world installing and commissioning gauging and control systems. Customer Support also offers total supervision during installation by shipyard personnel, prior to inspection and commissioning.

Surveys

Customer Support offers an on board survey service encompassing repair, upgrading or recertification of existing systems culminating in a full written report giving appropriate recommendations and spares analysis.

 

Dry-Docking During dry-docking Customer Support undertakes complete overhaul of the loading and associated systems to the appropriate safety standards.

Loading arms Customer Support has maintenance engineers experienced in the repair and service of marine loading arms on and offshore. Contracts are available for regular maintenance, inspection, service and pressure testing.

Systems Support

Contract maintenance packages are available that incorporate full software and hardware systems support. These packages can include all peripheral devices and their associated software. There is a range of response times to meet client demands.
