Having worked successfully in the offshore environment for a number of years we
transferred the expertise gained to on-shore plant and have become successful in
the provision of manpower and equipment to assist with the inspection of heat
exchangers.
As part of the preparation of exchangers for inspection we provide isolation and bolt tightening services and following inspection we provide tube leak sealing and tube replacement services. In 2008 we completed three successful years providing these services to Shell, Mossmorran. At its peak we supplied 10 men for 30 day for the 2008 shutdown. We have also been providing this same service to Shell, Total and Mobil Gas Terminals at St. Fergus and ConocoPhillips Theddlethorpe.
