To achieve a high quality product, our management has committed
to quality systems which are audited by independent third parties.
Quality is driven from the Senior Management with the Managing
Director being ultimately accountable for all Quality issues. Our
Quality Management Systems and procedures have been designed to
form an active part of our day to day running of our business and
the performance of the system is measured by internal/external audit.
Competency forms part of our Quality Management System. This allows
formal technical audits of personnel to be carried out to ensure
competency levels are maintained and improved.
