Whilst we strive to deliver a top class service we pride ourselves in being creative in performance based contractual arrangements and are confident in maximising our returns through performance based remuneration. As a service company we are very aware of performing in a competitive market, therefore we adopt and promote innovative commercial policies to maintain profitable growth which we can reinvest in our company’s future.

We operate commercial policies on the following contractual basis:

• Lump sum costs on a known scope of work with performance based profit.
• Fixed Prices for projects.
• Unit rates.
• Hourly rates for ad-hoc services.
• Win/Win contracting through innovative measures.
• By reviewing other options, we find the best solutions.

As our industry has evolved, Torch Integrated Inspection Services has recognised the importance of managing our Customers costs as well as our own. We are actively involved in setting and controlling budgets, administering and negotiating third party costs (through smart contracting) and analysing results against targeted budgets.

Managing our Customers costs has had a major effect on the way we carry out our business. Through analysing performance against set benchmarks we are able to measure achievements and instigate any necessary improvements.
