policy to establish a dedicated coherent team for each contract
containing the appropriate input at all levels from Safety, Quality
Control, Planning and Training.
Maintenance
Provision of mechanical and electrical Maintenance Services,
specifically designed to match clients requirements.
Shutdowns
& Overhauls
Complete
Overhaul and Repair of industrial plant within planned time-scales
whether scheduled or un-scheduled. Full management and engineering
support is available as required.
Project
Works
Off-site
fabrication and on-site construction and installation of Pipework,
Steelwork and Mechanical Plant. Full range of construction plant
available to support these activities, together with audited
quality assurance procedures.
Refractory
& Fireproofing
A
full range of refractory services, ranging from initial Material
Selection, Calculation & Design, Material Supply, Material Installation
and Refractory Dry-Outs are available. Provision of skilled
labour covering all installation of passive fire protection
for structural steel, vessel skirts and legs and civil fire
protection.
Tank-age
Refurbishment
The
company carries out refurbishment work to BS2654, API650 and
API653 on Ambient and Low Pressure Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels
and Spheres. A full range of services including design, inspection,
tank jacking and foundation repairs is available as required.
Weld
Overlay
The
weld overlay system can be applied to most shape or position
surface. The deposit filler metals range from carbon steel to
hastelloys and other alloys. This system has been proven to
Extend the Services Life of Process Vessels and Pipework where
corrosion/erosion are a result of the process.
Bundle
Extraction
On-site
Bundle Extraction for bundles up to 28ft in length 70″ diameter
and up to 25 tonnes in weight.
Planning
The
company has vast experience using various planning platforms
including Primavera P3 and Suretrak, Open Plan Professional,
Artemis 9000 & 7000 and Microsoft Project, the choice of which
is dependant upon the scope and complexity of any contract or
client preference.
Quality
Assurance
The
company provides a quality assured service with accreditation
by Lloyds Register to BS EN ISO 9002.
NVQ/SVQ
Training& Verification
MB
Services is an Accredited Approved Centre through the ECITB
for accessing and the verification of NVQ/SVQ national standards
at level three.
Safety
The
provision a comprehensive Safety Management System to all our
contracts. In conjunction with engineering team member, qualitative
job method statements, safety analysis and review of major task
undertaken. MB Services keep to the forefront in implementing
all new regulatory requirements such as CONDAM regulations,
HSE directives and other statutory regulations. All personnel
employed by the company are given inductions on MB Services
procedures and the Company can also carry out clients inductions
on their behalf.
