Motor
Case
The Rocket Motor Case is manufactured from D6AC, 60″ Long x
7″ Diameter. Fabricated from machined forgings and flow formed
tube sections. Electron beam welded prior to plating and final
CMM verification (The Following are specific products for motor
cases) |

Javelin
Rocket Motor Case
Two part system comprising of Launch Tube and Flight Motor.
The Motor Case is 12" long x 5" diameter machined
from Aluminium Impact Extrusion. Fully Machined, Pressure tested
and flourescent crack tested within a dedicated cell.

S.I.R.M.
Multi-chambered Guided Motor Case. Manufactured from 4340 steel,
8" in length x 5" diameter. Turned, milled and computer
controlled discharge machined, to give sophisticated intrenal

Actuator
Housing
The Actuator Housing is fully machined from 6061/T6 Aluminium.
Hard and soft anodic film is applied prior to assembly. The
unit is both leak tested and pressure tested prior to despatch.
