Malcolm Gourlay this month succeeded Ian Preston as non-executive Chairman of the Company. Mr. Gourlay is non-executive Chairman of Paladin Resources plc and a non-executive director of a number of other companies including The Miller Group Limited, Bibby Line Group Limited and the Second Scottish National Trust plc.
