The company’s year 2000 results included the highly profitable disposal of its Information Systems Division (M.I.S.). Turnover increased to £219m. (1999 – £193m.) and operating profit before exceptional items was £5.0m. (1999 – £3.1m.). Profit before tax including the gain on disposal of M.I.S. was £20.3m. (1999 – £0.7m.)
