Motherwell Bridge Ltd, the Lanarkshire-based engineering contractor, has confirmed its plans to increase its presence in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The company has appointed Bill Reid as its new manager for the region where he will operate from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Bill, who has 30 years experience in the region having worked there for both the Wood Group and more recently Weir in Business Development/Regional Director roles, will take up his post following an induction period spent with

Making the announcement, Mr Hayes said: “Bill’s appointment follows exploratory visits earlier in the year to the UAE and Libya, where the Motherwell Bridge name is still very well known despite being inactive there for many years.
