Quality Policy Statement

It is the declared policy of the Company to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards of product quality.

To attain this objective the Company is committed to an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9002 : 1994 which will ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements

The Quality System is documented in the Company’s Quality Manual which is authorised by the Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for its effective operation.

All personnel are responsible for their respective contribution and commitment to the Quality System.

The Quality System is structured upon the most effective and economical means of satisfying customer requirements together with the Company’s operational need to effectively manage and utilise its resources. The Quality System is regularly reviewed by the Quality Assurance Representative and Departmental Managers to ensure its effectiveness is maintained.

This Policy Statement is to be found as listed in the Quality Manual contents page, and at prominent locations within Motherwell Control Systems Limited organisation.
