Quality and Accreditation

MB Inspection’s service is borne out of its skill, knowledge and experience and it is delivered with integrity and discipline through its accredited and certified management systems.

Our inspection and technical services are safety critical for our clients and deserve to be delivered to the highest standards.  In consequence MB Inspection’s inspection systems and testing laboratory systems are constructed against appropriate standards and assured to conform to those standards through UKAS accreditation.

For inspection activities MB Inspection is a UKAS accredited inspection body No. 0070 and also a UKAS accredited inspection body No. 0143.  For test laboratory activity it is a UKAS accredited testing laboratory No. 1346 and also is a UKAS accredited testing laboratory No. 2435.

Activities not included in the inspection activities, including structural inspection, corrosion management activities and a range of specialist inspection methods are not included in the accreditation schedules but are managed to systems of equivalent standard.

The ISO 9002 quality management systems for Welder and Weld Procedure Qualification, Heat Treatment and Pressure Testing are certified by BSI Quality Assurance, certificate No. FS 22711
