The nature and associated costs of working in high, difficult to access locations, requires that the majority of projects are completed using as few contractors as possible.
By using Hi-Rope’s extensive range of engineering skills and access techniques, the number of contractors can be effectively reduced to a minimum, not only by eliminating the need for third party access, but by offering a multi-disciplined service and skill base.
Hi-Rope is committed to providing our clients with a Quality Service and, as part of that commitment, is a Quality Approved company, registered to BSEN ISO9002 by the British Standards Institute Ltd (BSI), with an Enviromark Bronze Award.
To date, Hi-Rope has been successfully audited to ISO 9002 by a number of our clients including Scottish Hydro Electric plc, Chevron, Texaco, Total, Lloyds Register, Shell UK, Wood Group and most recently Magnox Nuclear Electric. In addition to this Hi-Rope is registered to Constructionline for general building and local authority contracts and has once again been audited for the Link-Up Qualification Scheme, gaining Link-Up Approval to work for Network Rail (Railtrack) on various geotechnical and bridge / structural inspection contracts.
We have also been successfully audited by IRATA as part of the requirement for full membership of the industry’s governing body.
An ongoing programme of audits, internal reviews and regular meetings allows us to continually monitor and improve our quality procedures and performance, in principle and in practice throughout all Hi-Rope operations.
